How do I go about getting your vending service?
Fill out the questionnaire – or call us. We will discuss this with you over the phone or meet with you at your location.
Are there any costs associated with obtaining your vending machines or using your service?
There is absolutely no cost for obtaining vending machines or service.
What about contracts?
As a general rule, we find contracts to be unnecessary. We will deliver the equipment that is agreed upon. If at any time you need to cancel services, 30 day notice is sufficient. Contracts will generally only become a concern with specialized equipment or large volume of equipment being ordered for a location.
Can we choose what products go into the vending machines?
Absolutely. However, some of our vending machines tend to have better performance with certain types of product. We will give our best recommendation for each machine and product. You can also request items that are not listed and we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
How often will the vending machines get serviced?
Your account will be added to our scheduled route. Locations are serviced at least once a week or more if need be. We pride ourself on well-stocked and clean looking machines.
What happens when the machine stops working or a customer loses money in the machine?
Once a service call is placed we will be out within 24 hours. We do our best to be out that same day.
Refunds are issued – no problem! A customer can also fill out our refund request form located in the contact tab of the website.
